BIO: Raised primarily in central Michigan all his life, Adam started drawing around 1985 with a show on PBS called “The Secret City.” He then became interested in comics during the DEATH OF SUPERMAN story around 1992. He then went on to create his own characters and develop a 5 part story in his first published work for the Comic Amateur Press Alliance on the campus of Central Michigan University. He released 3 independent comics in high school named DARKNESS #1, DARKNESS #2 and THE AMAZING BUD. He graduated from Beal City High School in 1996 excelling in art and jazz music. After a five-year hiatus from comics, Adam returned in early 2002 with his sensational new book PLEASANT HYMNS. In 2006 he will release his new series, THE OUTCAST. He has been featured on web sites, newspapers, television and magazines talking about his work. He is currently employed as a Graphic Artist for the Morning Star Publications and graduated Central Michigan University with a BS in Art (2-D) and an Art History Minor. He also is a member of the rock groups IDIOTHEAD and MINDSIGH, who specialize in joke songs and progressive rock respectively. He resides in Mt. Pleasant, MI with his wife and five annoying pets.
